TEC Garage Hosts Inaugural Program in its Catalyst Series

Frank X. Dalton, founder and partner of Fulcrum Equity Partners, will present

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – (Jan. 16, 2018) – TEC Garage, an incubator and coworking entrepreneurial center, will hold the first program in its Catalyst series at a lunch meeting from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, 2018 at TEC Garage, 244 2nd Ave. North, St. Petersburg 33701 

The January Catalyst program, “How to Know When You are Ready for Funding,” will be presented by Frank X. Dalton, founder and partner of Fulcrum Equity Partners, an Atlanta based  growth equity fund with more than $350 million under management. 

In discussing this topic with attendees, Dalton will call on his 23 years of experience in private investing, during which he was involved directly and indirectly in more than 125 investments. He is a former general partner with Cordova Ventures; was the managing director of Cordova Intellimedia Ventures, L.P., a $41 million early-stage/seed fund launched in 2000; and was previously engaged in investment banking for emerging technology companies, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, advisory services and capital raising. He has also served in operating roles as CFO and Chairman/CEO of a number of technology firms, as well as holding board positions with several financial and technology organizations.

Catalyst is an education series specifically targeted to entrepreneurs, providing content relevant to startups and businesses. It has recently been introduced as part of a full complement of new programming offered by TEC Garage. Pinellas County Economic Development and Fulcrum Equity Partners are program sponsors.
