Innovations in climate tech are drawing the interest of industry, governments, the venture capital community, and others. People from all over the globe are feeling the effects of climate change, and the entrepreneurs among us are seizing the opportunity to step up and address many of the problems with new innovative ideas.
The next cohort of the TBIC B2B Accelerator will be focused exclusively on climate tech innovations and the startup ventures seizing on opportunities in that space. This may include products in the following areas:
Energy Storage / Energy Delivery
Smart Buildings
Smart Cities
SmartGrid
Accelerating Digital Transformation
Sustainable (Green) Energy
Carbon neutral data centers
Marine science, monitoring, protection & restoration
Weather monitoring & impact modeling
Supply chain / business & consumer waste reduction
Transit / Last mile delivery optimization
AgTech
CleanTech
Clean water / water conservation
The accelerator workshops will kick off in early January with the first section focusing on market and product strategy. The last half of the program will make sure founders develop a successful and sustainable go-to-market strategy. This may include Beta customers but is primarily focused on the overall scalability-readiness of your startup. As with previous cohorts, the program will wrap up with a investor and business community showcase event in front of the program sponsors, investors, and stakeholders from the local tech & business community.
